Thorough testing, clear reporting

With the help of PowerDown's thorough testing, and clear reporting, we made immediate changes resulting in a $75 reduction in our electric bill, a 35% decrease. We still have to replace some of our electric appliances with gas appliances and hope to see an even bigger decrease at that time.
